During the dramatic year of 2020, this inkling of an idea for a coffee business was forming. We began practicing with roasting in early 2021. Thus, began our learning and studying about all the varying types of beans, regions, and seasons. Roasting the beans is scientific, artful and nuanced. Customers developed immediately and orders have come from Alaska to Atlanta!

While we LOVE coffee, we also have a passion for students with dyslexia. 20% of all students are dyslexic. An Orton-Gillingham, multi-sensory approach is required for these students to learn to read. Parents can only access that type of instruction through private tutors. Due to that challenge, we will donate 5% of the proceeds for tutoring scholarships.
